Key Responsibilities:
1. 1C CMMS/TOIR Specialist:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the 1C CMMS/TOIR system, including work requests/orders, equipment details, and maintenance records.
2. Data Management:
- Maintain and updаtеequipment master data, preventive maintenance schedules, and standardized maintenance procedures.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute reports from the 1C CMMS/TOIR system as required.
3. User Support:
- Provide user training and on-the-job support to ensure effective use of the 1C CMMS/TOIR system.
- Address and resolve user-related issues or queries in a timely manner.
4. System Optimization:
- Support continuous improvement efforts by refining workflows and implementing best practices in system usage.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify areas for enhancement and increased system efficiency.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company maintenance policies, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, system usage, and key operational metrics.
6. Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to 1C CMMS/TOIR.
- Coordinate with IT and third-party software vendors (e.g., Cybernitica) for system support and troubleshooting.
